Any idea what she’s trying to tell me?

A little context:

I took this little cutie in a few months back. She was a stray and followed me home back in October. By the vets’ estimation, she should be approximately 9 months by now. She has, for the most part, been an absolute angel. I love her dearly and she gets an immense amount of love, attention, and affection.

She’s always been fairly vocal, but over the past several weeks, the quality of the vocalizations have gotten a little more concerning.

I took her to the vet yesterday (noticed increase scratching in conjunction with the vocalizations) and they did discover a minor ear infection, which we are now treating. No other issues.

She gets 2-3 rigorous play sessions per day. Quality wet food for meals. Litter box cleaned 1-2x daily. Additional automated/electric toys, springs, window perches, cat trees, scratching posts, etc. My house is fully catified.

Might this just be attention seeking behavior? It’s hard to ignore but I know I may need to in order to not reinforce the behavior.
