Student accommodation

I am a recent high school graduate that needs to move to Brisbane for University from up north. A handful of us (5 people) are planning on moving from my town to an assortment of unis (QUT, UQ, Griffith) however I've had no luck whatsoever in getting any sort of rentals (an accumulation of not being able to come for physical inspections and that we won't have jobs in Brisbane immediately). So I need some suggestions of places to stay for me and my friends that would preferably be less than $200 a week per person, as I won't have a a job and don't get any support from my parents. As well it needs to be decently central as I won't have a car.

Any suggestions is appreciated since I'm quickly running out of time. And I'm becoming clueless at what to do. Thankyou!
