Weight Loss with Kyleena

I recently got the Kyleena IUD after being on the pill for years then no birth control at all for about 9 months, I was my heaviest ever weight like 195 at the time of my appointment getting it inserted when i went back for my checkup a month later i weighed 178. didn’t change my diet and i don’t work out, i walk my dogs on occasion but no strict regimen. Anyone else have this happen?
