Slowly training for 10k in June

Running mainly outside, though using a treadmill when its difficult to get out. Pictures compare an interval run in December, to a continuous run today.

Gradually improving on the length of time i can run, slowly but surely creeping up. Running 3 times a week, using the 10k Runner app. Today was 5 minute warm up walk, 28 minutes continuous run, and 5 minute cooldown (had to cut the cooldown time down!)
