Recommendations on where to host a 16 person offsite (bonus if you can recs for accommodation)

I'm looking to host a 16 person offsite for my team at the end of January in the Bay Area. Can you recommended venues that would be inspiring or in an inspiring location? The offsite is 5 nights (Sunday through Friday)

Location wise we can be fairly relaxed: SF (Downtown), Oakland, Berkley, Marin, Penninsula or even a destination venue in wine country. Most of the people will be flying in so I'll need accommodation too, some hotels have good conferencing facilities but it's not a prerequisite to combine the two.

Edit 1. This is a team of senior leaders at the company from the product and engineering teams. Traditionally these folks are remote all year so this offsite is part strategy + resource planning and part team bonding. The goal is to spend 6-7 hours a day working collaboratively, with 1 afternoon for a group activity.

Edit 2. I don’t envisage a retreat being the optimal experience, but somewhere which fosters the ability to focus but is also low admin with organizing meals and food is a preference.
