Have everything but a 9800X3D...any fellow Vancouver suffers?

Edit: gone to a lucky builder in town who was waiting on one!

For a while I had all my components except my 9800X3D (thanks CC for shipping CP after the strike announcement). However, I back ordered it off MemEx and then later also managed to snag one directly from AMD when it was in stock for all of 20min (but I didn't cancel my backorder as I wasn't sure if the AMD shipment would come through).

Needless to say when it rains it pours, my MemEx backorder came through, I picked it up and tried to cancel my AMD order but they shipped it the same day before the cancelation went through. I have now received the AMD unit, and would like to help someone else out that is stuck waiting on their CPU to complete their build and sell them this one at MSRP (screw you scalpers). Caveat you need to be in Vancouver as I'm not shipping it. Any takers? Unit is unopened and ready to drop into a new build!
