Captured stones are not a problem

AGA 8d here.
If you are a pro player, it is very easy to remember the exact sequences of every played stone, including captured ones. I can remember exactly where stones are captured, so just double counting that point if you are using territory scoring. Exceptions are some huge dragon captures which are rare and points probably do not matter any more. Or alternatively, just keep track of ONE number (capture differences). I believe every pro go player can remember it.
So without captured stones one cannot count and estimate the game is BS, it should just be part of the game. Plus there are referees and recordings so no dispute can even exist. Time to unify the counting methods, and hopefully all the rules to prevent future tragic dramas.
