Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent?

I'm thinking of buying in the Wilmington (or possibly the New Castle) area in the next 6 months or so. Could anyone recommend a helpful real estate agent? First time home buyer, if that makes a difference. Looking around the $200-350k range.
