Is weightlifting/bodybuilding the end game here?
I had liked calisthenics, did that with just 15 pound dumbbells for awhile. Eventually I did get stronger and went into lifting heavier. Right now deadlift/row/bench is at 150, curls 80, squat/ohp 100.
Just thinking tonight how I miss the calisthenics cardio, jump rope, jumping jacks, etc. My goal was always just to get more chinups and pullups. I have slightly improved in those but not enough.
Just curious, where does weightlifting take people? Just to lifting heavier weights for life? I find that thought incredibly boring, weightlifting is getting old to me already after not even one year of it. My appetite is increasing endlessly. I've gained scale weight, although leaned out actually. I really am starting to dislike weights.
