Menopausal and clueless…looking for resources
I am looking for a book or other resource to help start strength training. I am approaching menopause, fat and mostly sedentary.
As I make changes, weight training is definitely important for my health. But I know so very little.
I am getting a center one home gym and it comes with an app, is that any good? Is there a book or website that is trustworthy and helpful?
