How do I stop playing video games and actually paint my pile of shame?

Serious question. Have any of you felt this way? I come home from a long day of work right into my second job of parenting and after the kids go to bed I can either chill out and turn my brain off and play video games for the last hour or 2 of the day or I can go try hard on painting models with focus that I don’t really feel like I have at the end of the day.

Anyone ever felt like this and turned it around and started crushing your pile of shame?
