Sounds like a Ragnar nerf is incoming

People have been asking for some time if we're aware of the issues with Ragnar's War Howl, and yes, of course we were, but as above...we tried other solutions first. We are currently play testing and running simulations with a new configuration for him, and the changes are significant enough that right now, we intend to give out a reset stone.
