Library Walk Tabling Question

We are a ucsd student org just started but haven't yet got the chance to register. I saw the reservation page is only open to student org registered with CSI. Is it possible for unregistered student org like us to do a info tabling by just showing up with a table and chair at an empty stone (19xx).
