Slow speeds with Xfinity

Maybe I didn’t set it up right but I am getting slow speeds even close to the main router. Any suggestions? On the app it shows like under 1mbps for download and upload which on 3rd party it shows no more than 30mbps both. Currently only have 1 of the routers set up.
