Cheapest City? (Besides Chiang Mai)

What is the cheapest city in Thailand? Looking for the cheapest hostels/food, lots of coffee shops to work out of, and planning to stay in one area for 2-3 months. I'm very familiar with Chiang Mai and looking for other options.
