tips for terraria hardcore

I have almost 1000 hours in terraria and have beaten expert mode hardcore after ~25 tries.

Enchanted boomerang is insanely useful early game, so is wooden yoyo

Always have a summon equipped

You can get good pre eye armor from marble biome enemies

Heart statues are great for arenas so always pic them up when mining

Always have a device like a button/arrow trap to expose wires that lead to traps

Melee is the best class for classic/expert, and after hardmode in master switch to summoner

Ocean biome and ice biome have great loot and are the safest

Pylons help prevent dangerous travel

Use class setup guides on YouTube to see the best possible items for you class
