Edit: Earlier, I told her that I had feelings for her from the very beginning and that it had been weighing on me. So, while confessing my feelings, I also made it clear that I wanted to end our friendship.

How i decoded this reply - She’s really good in academics (a total bookworm), an extrovert who tries to befriend everyone, and hasn’t been in a relationship so far. So, I assumed she meant she’s not interested in a relationship right now but still wants to keep my company.
