Galactic Community resolutions for Hiveminds

Never tried a diplomatic hivemind before. I'm aiming to have enough weight to be able to be a leading decider in the Galactic Community, so what sort of resolutions should I be pushing?

With the differences Gestalts have in things like happiness, political power and consumer goods, I imagine some will be more or less useful than normal. Which big ones should I be looking to support or reject?
