Demon took me again

I was in sleep paralysis, I left my body and as I was leaving my body I could feel a dark force holding me down, I stayed relaxed and left my body, the demon took me and flew me off, I was flying with the demon for about 5 minutes, as I was flying with the demon I set my intention too go too a higher realm and I was calling out too my higher self too help, I felt this extreme heat run threw my body, and the demon started biting me, I then snapped back too my body
