Help! Bean leaves blew off!

It's been very windy the past few days here in NJ. I went out this morning to inspect the garden, and realized the bush beans sprouts I transplanted a week ago have had their leaves blown off!
I see some new growth in the plant, but what steps should I take to make sure they don't die off?
Prune the naked stems down?
