[Skin Concerns] (Warning: a little gross) Permanent sebum "pockets" with no inflammation

Hi! First of all, I'd like to thank this community that has helped me solve pretty much all of my other skin concerns. I haven't been able to find something similar to this one, and two dermatologists dismissed it as normal acne, which is why I'm posting now.

Two areas (pores?) on the side of my nose have behaved a bit strangely for years. As time passes, they start filling up with sebum. It's not like normal acne where you can clearly see the sebum under the top layer of the skin. Instead, there's a small irregular area around the pore that's slightly whiter than my skin, no redness or inflammation.

The more I leave them alone, the more they grow, but they never turn into actual pimples. I have to admit I grew up picking that area, so I tried not touching them for a year. No dice: the white spots grew to be around 3mms across and then plateaued. It's really easy to "drain" them, no need to pop. Sometimes I even do it accidentally when massaging my nose.

I'm thankful that they're barely visible, but as a recovering skin picker, it's really difficult to live with the thought that there's a considerable amount of sebum trapped under my skin. Does anyone know what this could be?
