Is there an MTF unit for maintaining secrecy?

Is there an MTF unit specifically responsible for administering amnestics to individuals who have acquired knowledge they are not supposed to have? And if so, which MTF unit handles this such as the amnesticization of civilians after an SCP has appeared in a city?
