At the time of this cycle, I was about 19, training for 7 years prior. I had absolutely no knowledge on rad 140, or lgd 4033. I came across these two sarms on tiktok in 2019, I was your average gym goer, watching David laid, Jon skywalker, Jeff seid, all the original YouTube aesthetic bodybuilders, anyways, I decided to buy both of the sarms from proven peptides, had them delivered; the lady at UPS had asked me to open the package in front of her for some reason, so I took the package and walked to the side, and started acting as if I was going to open it, but just ended up walked out. Me and my buddy were planning on starting a cycle with absolutely no knowledge on dosage or when to take it. We stuck with just a single dose of the dropper, which was 1ml/10mg for both sarms. At this time we were pretty much dirt poor so we wanted to make it last, and we assumed it was a low dosage. Within a week of taking it every single day I noticed my chest started to become more red and more pumped from the workouts, I also started to become much more irritable, impatient, started smoking more cigarettes and fighting all my roommates. It got to the point to where I felt as if all my roommates were conspiring to beat my ass. Things they considered normal would piss me off, playing video games, putting their feet up on their nightstands, acting stupid, and wasting time. Week two I started to become more vascular than ever, more motivated to hit the gym more. I rushed everything, absolutely everything irritated me to where I started to threaten to kill others for waking me up from a nap. I didn’t truly mean it though. All of my thoughts were always straight forward, I only wanted to get straight to the point with everything I wanted to do. If I wanted to smoke, I do it. I didn’t think twice about anything I planned on doing. Week three, I started to get severe cramps in my hamstring, ass and chest. It was sort of a dry cramp feeling, at this time, I didn’t know anything about hydration, so all I did was drink an abundance of water to the point to where I had to piss every hour. It didn’t help at all. I also started jacking off every single night. I for some reason though I just wasn’t getting enough calories, I had always been an extremely skinny person, and it was extremely hard for me to put on mass, so I started drinking mass gainer, 1400 calories right before bed. Right from there I noticed my morning runs and afternoon workouts shot right up into the sky, I felt much more stronger, more vascular, and I started to become more confident, while losing an crazy amount of fat in the process. Week 4 I had the same side effects, but my strength and drive kept going up, I started working out 3 times a day, whilst building more vasularity and hardness, the problem was that I wasn’t able to eat enough food, so I started drinking the bulk powder 2800 calories a day + 3000 calories from food alone. Always ran fasted cardio in the morning, eating huge pancakes 4 eggs lots of bacon and other meats in the morning. After week 5 I ran out of both rad 140 and lgd 4033. I was able to maintain vascularity for about 5 months, and maintain size and hardness for the next year. For the rest of that year I had the same lethargic and irritable feeling. I ended up losing 10-20% of the gains because I no longer had the drive to bodybuild/workout because I found a gf 1.5 years later. I probably shouldive tried to keep myself driven in the gym, but I prioritized a lot of other things later on. While it was definitely worth the gains(I though at that time) but I also had no clue what I had just done to myself. To this day I’ve had no serious side effects from the cycle, but it was definitely a learning lesson about taking shit without research, and listening to Jon skywalker. Pros: gains vascularity strength Cons: lethargic, irritable, feel like you want to sleep everywhere, piece of shit, asshat, angry, hateful, fucked up bloodwork, fits of anger
Is it worth it? Nope. Take tren instead and get better gains
