Official YouTube channel of PR?

Is this an official channel of Project Runway? https://youtube.com/@projectrunwayglobal?feature=shared

I just saw this channel pop up and thought it might be an official one since the videos are uploaded in high resolution without any voice pitching and have thumbnails. It would be great to have the future and old episodes on YouTube but I'm not sure if that would interfere with any streaming platforms. Any ideas on this?
