Premature Ejaculation Help

Hello guys I (25M) got married recently and was a virgin. I had been addicted to masturbation and porn since the age of 10-11 uptill my marriage. Sex for me was awkward the initial 2 times (mild erection mainly due to anxiety and also I don't have a high libido) but it got better and I could have penetrative sex for like 8-10 mins (with delayed condoms). But me and wife had been in long distance for a month and now when I have sex with her the foreplay is great and I get horny and all but as soon as I start to penetrate, I finish immediately after 3 to 4 thrusts. I have tried to control it and changed positions but it doesn't help. Any practical help in this regard?
