Is this a red flag?

This is a 2016 Cayman base. It bounced around to several dealers over the last 8 months. Is this a red flag thats there is something wrong and is not selling. They said they did a blah blah complete 137 point inspection and it's mechanically flawless. I would get a PPI to verify but if this is red flag I won't waste the time or money. Thanks
