Pokerstars customer support is abysmal
So a bit of context. Pokerstars froze my account last week when I tried to make a withdrawal. The only info they gave me is to contact [email protected] but, as you may have guessed, that led nowhere. I receive an automated response email telling me to contact their help center. BUT, to contact them, I need to login to my account, which I can’t do, because they froze it. Seemingly out of options, and I don’t want to create another account just to get in contact with them. Also, creating another account violates their TOS, so there’s that too. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
