Fiber optics currently does not work

I have companion core dooley and fiber optics. Doesn't work on gold level or diamond.

Had miss isles on the left and chris on the left and both did not work on clawrence.

Tried Clawrence on the right and Char Cole on the right as well to see if it was just weapon bugged with companion core on the left and that did not work as well.

Item is bricked beware.
