Concerns about double eyelid surgery!

Hi! I'm considering getting a non-incisional double eyelid surgery to correct my uneven eyelids so was wondering if I would need to come back for another one if I decided to go for this procedure (I heard that it is not permanent). I was really hoping to get the non-incisional surgery done since it doesn't cause much scaring compared to the incisional one, but really don't want to end up with unequal eyelids again in the future! Thoughts on non-incisional double eyelid surgery pls 🙏
