Alto 2011 for 12.7 worth it?

Hello guys. So we almost bought an Alto 2011 model for 12.7 Lac and I was wondering if it is a good deal? We haven't got the car yet and would be getting it tomorrow after transfering money and doing biometrics. It is in good condition and is in original condition from outside and comes with company fitted cng. It is supposed to be our first car which I'll use to learn driving (had car before) and we plan to later sell it and buy a new car.

So, What do you guys think, Is it a good deal and is it a good car?
