Before the tragedy of these fires broke out in Pacific Palisades, did anyone notice an uptick in nonlocals hiking in the trails?

I've recently heard that years ago when people went on walks, they would typically see neighbors/people who lived in the community. Over the last couple of years, it sounds like people from all over LA started to walk through the trails at any hour/any time
