Hyperadrenergic POTS, stimulants, and norepinephrine

I’m thoroughly confused how people with Hyperadrenergic POTS can take stimulants or any other drugs that effectively increase norepinephrine in the brain or body, without those drugs triggering their HyperPOTS.

For example, literally every single ADHD medication I’m aware of either directly or indirectly increases norepinephrine.

If some cases of HyperPOTS are caused by autoantibodies against adrenergic receptors, I just don’t understand how it’s possible to take any drug that increases norepinephrine without triggering a flare.
