Irrigation not working

I have some Bristle Blossoms planted in Farm tiles. I have pipes attached but no water flows. The plants need water but nothing flows and my dupes deliver water by hand.

The pump indicates pipe blocked and nothing flows through the pipes. Not really sure where I should start looking because everything looks connected and have power.
