Transferred files from quest 3 to pc and now it charges slow

Yesterday I transferred some video recordings from quest 3 to pc and now my kiwi battery strap and pc don't charge the quest anymore. Basically it says charging at slower rate and it's like it's stuck in that data transfer mode.

Can I somehow reset it?

The quest is less than a month old. I loved it so far but this is annoying.
