PCVR using Quest 2 BT headphones keep disconnecting when using air link or wired link

So my setup is a little non-standard i am a Quest 2 user with Quest Pro controllers and i have noticed for the past little while when using my headset via air link, link cable, steam link, and even virtual desktop that some times my headphones "hyperx cloud 2 Bluetooth headphones" will just lose all audio.

could this be cause by the signal of the controllers interfering with the signal of the headphones and if so does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
