ASHP Hot water running lukewarm after first 10 minute shower of the day

This is the ASHP installed by Octopus. Is this normal? The heating was already at 21 degrees so that wasn't doing anything. It's happened a few times now. There are 2 of us living here so the water tank was installed for that. I'm just a bit confused.
