Heat pump distance from neighbours rule
I have asked a quote from Octopus for a heat pump and has initially come out 1864£. I have said I have space outside for it, but on second thought, do I really? The boundary is marked in yellow and the most convenient placeI is on the flat roof marked with blue, effectively ‘on the neighbours’s wall’. Having read I need 1m from the property boundary is this a non starter? It could go in the patio (all the things marked in red have been removed), but if it cannot go right up to the fence, then I don’t have any choice.
