Multiple monitor issues. Is this normal?

I recently purchased a ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQDMG OLED monitor and it's been fantastic. Everything seems fine running dual monitor with a non OLED monitor as the secondary. The issue is once I purchased the 32" pg32ucdm I've been getting constant black screens.

The 27" will say no display, then the 32" turns off saying no display and they turn off and on for about 45 seconds. I've also had it randomly go black,then the game I am playing will be on another screen. It's super frustrating to deal with.

Even something as simple as turning off HDR on one monitor will change the resolution or refresh rate on the other. It's like they are somehow connected. I've had no issues with the 3rd ips panel, only the OLEDs. All firmware is up to date. All 3 run off display port.

Has anyone else had these issues? Are there settings I can adjust. Google hasn't given me much help.
