Witnesses for my POA

I am trying to have a power of attorney filled out so that my parents can make medical decisions for me. Problem is in the state of Wisconsin I need to witnesses who are basically strangers and I have NO idea who or where to ask. Can I go to a courthouse or bank or something like that to get witnesses?
