Baby keeps startling himself awake but hates swaddles. Only way he sleeps is on someone any advice helpful

My son is 2 months on October 12th, and absolutely loses his mind when we swaddle him. I don't feel comfortable with bed sharing, but he will not sleep without being held and when I finally get him down in his own crib/bassinet, it only takes a moment for him to startle himself awake

Any advice anyone can share to a very sleep deprived mummy who will try anything atp
