The right side is 110

The right side is tomorrows full 110 dose. If the right side is 110, how do I guesstimate the left side? Is that 45 or 50? I’m just asking for guesses is all lol I split my doses one for the morning and that left side is my evening. I am 110mg daily but I just sip until it looks like half is gone because my hands shake with the syringe I don’t like doing it that way. https://imgur.com/a/KIeN12y

For some reason I can’t reply to comments, but one comment said it is watered down. I wanted to say that’s kinda upsetting. Is there a way to report that? I don’t like the idea of drinking something watered down.
