x670e Tomahawk WIFI - unable to boot from flash drive to install windows or to BIOS

Hello, I just finished assembling my PC and I've been in the BIOS screen several times now as I test out the hardware setup (ensure fans are spinning, etc...). I just changed the boot priority to boot from my flash drive in order to install windows 11 from the bootable drive I created and now I am getting nothing on my screen.

After I realized it wasn't booting to the flash drive I tried to restart it and go back into BIOS but I am unable to do that now either. I did not flash the BIOS yet and it is still on the original BIOS version.

When I turn it on the "boot" light on the motherboard turns on and stays green.
