Anyone else have breathing issues?

I’ll start with saying I have EDS as well and a few other related conditions such as POTS, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue. I’ve never been diagnosed with asthma or anything. This was always passed off as I was out of shape, even when I was actually riding horses regularly and pretty in shape.

So I’ve always gotten winded quickly growing up and nowadays I can’t blow up even a single balloon without nearly passing out. I’ve started having problems with singing and I love singing. Idk who to see or what to do about this. I am seeing an allergist soon and was going to tell them thinking it was either due to my allergies or my breathlessness during POTS flares but now I’m not so sure.

Anyone else experience this?
