Luxtrust video ID - live interview?

I started the process of opening a bank account online and received instructions to get a Luxtrust ID certificate. Now, when they first mentioned a video authentication, I assumed it would be a recording, but further down in the detailed instructions they mention an "interview with the operator".

Does this mean I will be talking with someone live?
