Quadro RTX8000 vs RTX4090 vs RTX5090, which is better for Generative Models?

I am based in China, and the prices of the RTX5090D are insane (about USD8,300, though available). The RTX4090D is about USD2,200). While searching, I found that the prices of the Quadro RTX8000 is about USD2,000 (probably second hand) is about USD1,800.

The RTX5090D is out of the question. I am not paying the price of an EV for a consumer graphics card.
That leaves the 4090 and the Quadro RTX8000. Which one do you think I should consider?
