The hair isn’t shaving anymore
I am getting laser for about 1 year now and when I want to shave my arms or my body, the dark little hairs won’t even come off when I shave with razor anymore.. I’ve heared somewhere, that it won’t come off, because the roots are very weak and that’s the reason they won’t come off with the razor. Is it true? or am I not getting enough results that I need to get and the hair is still strong? what’s happening
