Helping hair to shed by hands after laser

It has been 8-9 days after my third session of laser and I’ve been noticing the hair is shedding really easily if I help it with my hands and fingers, I kind of “pluck” with my hands and the hair comes off. Is it effective or should I stop doing it, because it will ruin my progress? Help
