Courier customer service is a joke

Idk what the hell is going on with their customer service but I’ve waited for over 2 weeks to have my letter of enrolment to be verified.

I’ve emailed them so many times.

I’ve even uploaded the document myself.

They replied initially when I uploaded the wrong document. But since then I’ve heard not a thing back from them.

Can someone who sits on their backside all day at Just Eat tell me why they’re so hesitant to reply to my emails??
