PLEASE HELP we are applying under "I am currently in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class" - what processing time does it fall under??

PLEASE HELP we are applying under "I am currently in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class" (not under IN CANADA CLASS)

if I sponsor my husband under the Family Class but we are living INSIDE canada does the process time read under OUTLAND or INLAND??

because when you go to check the processing times for family sponsorship and then under "who are you sponsoring?" the menu offers two options:

1) spouse or common-law partner living INSIDE canada

2)spouse or common-law or conjugal partner living OUTSIDE canada

so which one would "I am currently in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class" fall under?

We were hoping to apply under the family class (outbound) becuase the wait time is shortner but still be in canada.
