Dev horses being infertile

I figured the last gift in the advent would be an exclusive alces. Horse life I beg you to stop making them infertile it’s kind of a let down.. We play the game, we should be able to breed them. I started playing this game 2 months ago and missed the beetlejuice horses which I believe are fertile? But idk I just feel like if we’re here for the release we should be able to breed them
